Referral Program Rules

1. Introduction
Welcome to the Winvest Referral Program. These Referral Program Rules (“Rules”) govern your participation in our referral program. By participating, you agree to abide by these Rules and our Terms and Conditions.

- Referral Partners: To participate in the referral program, you must be an active and registered member of Winvest, in good standing, and comply with all relevant policies.
- Referrals: Referrals must be new customers or potential customers who have not previously made a purchase or engaged with our services.
3. Referral Process
- Referral Submission: To refer someone, you must login and share the referral link.
- Tracking Referrals: Referrals are tracked using a unique referral link assigned to you.
4. Referral Rewards
- Types of Rewards: Referral rewards is cash bonus ,Rewards are subject to change and will be communicated to participants.
- Reward Eligibility: You will be eligible for a reward when:
- The referred customer makes a qualifying purchase or engages with our services as defined in the referral program.
- The referral complies with all terms and conditions related to the program.
- Reward Disbursement: Rewards will be disbursed according to the schedule outlined in the referral program details. Delays may occur due to processing times.
5. Conditions and Restrictions
- Qualifying Purchases: Not all purchases or engagements may qualify for referral rewards. Only purchases that have been completed will be eligible.
- Duplicate Referrals: If multiple participants refer the same individual, the reward will be given to the first referral based on the timestamp of their referral submission.
- Fraudulent Activity: Any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to self-referrals, fake information, or unethical practices, will result in disqualification from the referral program and may lead to account suspension or termination.
- Referral Status: Referrals must be valid and meet the criteria set by the company. We reserve the right to review and verify the status of any referral and reject any that do not meet our standards.
6. Referral Program Changes
- Program Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated through our website or other official channels.
- Impact of Changes: Any changes to the program will not affect rewards that have already been earned prior to the change.
7. Taxes and Legal Compliance
- Tax Responsibilities: You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to the rewards you receive.
8. Confidentiality
- Referral Information: All personal information about your referrals will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You must not share or use this information for any purpose other than participating in the referral program.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Dispute Process: Any disputes or issues related to the referral program should be submitted in writing to Winvest’s customer support team. We will review and address disputes on a case-by-case basis.
10. Acceptance
- Agreement to Rules: By participating in the referral program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Referral Program Rules and our Terms and Conditions.
